1. What Triggers You?

Reflect on the situations, emotions, or thoughts that often lead to a lack of self-control in your life. How can becoming more aware of these triggers help you to overcome them?

 

2. Think Long-Term

  1. Consider how practicing self-control aligns with your long-term goals of becoming the man God meant for you to be. How can staying focused on these goals motivate you to exercise more self-discipline in your life?
