1. Christ-centered leadership:

True leadership begins with unwavering integrity anchored in Christ. Think about your actions, decisions, and the example you set for those around you. Are they in alignment with the values and principles in God's Word? Leadership built on Christ-centered integrity is the key to God-ordained influence.

2. Influence others for God's glory:

Recognize the influence you carry in your life: whether it's at work, in your family, or in your community. How can you leverage this influence to glorify God? Lead in a way that reflects the servant leadership modeled by Jesus, and use your influence for God's Kingdom and glory.

2 Actions: 

1. Check your character:

Regularly evaluate your leadership decisions and actions against biblical integrity. Get accountability from a trusted friend or mentor to make sure your influence doesn't outgrow your character.

2. Give back:

Identify someone in your center of influence who could benefit from your leadership. Take intentional steps to find them and help them grow in their own leadership journey.
