1. Say Thanks Like This

If you're a dad you know that you don't give Christmas gifts for the thank you you'll get - but out of a deep heart of love for your family.

The only thanks you want is grateful kids who genuinely love you for who you are. 

I think God wants us to say thanks like that, too.

2.  What gift did you get?

Think about the gifts that you got.  Which ones were from the Lord??

A: All of them!

There's not a single thing you've got that isn't from Him.  Thankfully praise Him accordingly with the way you live each day!

My football coach used to say: "Show me - don't tell me what you're going to do."  

The point:  words are empty without action.  How you live your life is your chance to say thank you for all God's done. 

2. Share stories

Your life has been filled with good things from God.  Be sure to share the many stories of how He's been with you, provided for you, and protected you along the way.

There's no greater way of saying thank you than to share stories like this with others.
